Our main objective is to provide a service that we ourselves would want to receive.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days but we also know at busy times it may take us a bit longer. We have put a policy in place that if it takes us 4 working days or longer to dispatch we will get in contact with the customer and also add in extras to their order.
As anglers ourselves we understand that you want the new lures as quickly as possible to catch that next big fish as are determined to get all orders to you as soon as possible.
